Refund policy

At Apollo Design & Tech, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific return and refund guidelines in place.

Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted within 15 days of delivery and must be unused and in their original condition.

"Open box" Ensō units and used items are non-returnable—all sales are final.

Return Process

Initiate a Return: If you wish to return an unused item within 15 days, please contact us at support@ensoshisha.com to obtain return authorization.

Shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our designated return address. Return shipping costs are not covered.
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items
Used Ensō units – Once an item has been used, it is no longer eligible for return or refund.

"Open box" Ensō units – All sales are final for any open-box items.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund (minus the 20% restocking fee) will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
